The portal can give you access to many benefits that can enhance your work and progress, and help your experience be even more rewarding.
1. Please go to the "Forms" section to complete the questionnaires that will help during the 'Assessment' phase of our work.
2. Invoices: After each session, you may download your invoice to submit to your insurance carrier in the "Billing" section.
3: Handouts: Watch for handouts to assist your work in the "File" section.
In addition, please note the following features:
1. Access the secure journal area to journal after upsetting situations or experiences.
2. If you would like to share your journal entrees with your therapist, be sure to check the button to allow for sharing, or you can choose to keep your entry private.
3. Please use the portal for sending messages, since it is end-to-end encrypted and HIPAA-compliant, instead of sending personal email. Please DO NOT send personal emails to your therapist.
4. Scheduling Appointments: Appointments are scheduled using at: https://Newyorktherapy.as.me/ not this portal. You may change or reschedule your appointment online at any time, up to 48 hours before your appointment. Download the Acuity app and set up an account to make managing your appointments easy.
